As a premium subscriber, you have access to a pool of inquiry hours. 

Inquiry time can be used for almost anything, as long as it is directly related to our published or planned research. It can include mini research projects, custom presentations, review of marketing materials (e.g. a press release or conference presentation), etc. Within the constraints of our research schedule, we commit to a rapid turnaround on inquiry requests. Initial assessments typically take 24-48 hours.
